This is incredible!! I’m recovering from postpartum eclampsia and I want to learn everything about nutrition and women’s health! I also have endometriosis, and it’s taught me that diet is so incredibly important! I’m so excited for you 💕
i am so excited!!! the program has been great so far, and honestly, i’m just so grateful to be able to do this work. after everything i went through, i realized a few things: maternal wellness is very real and incredibly underrepresented, pregnancy is hard (and wildly unpredictable, lol), and nutrition matters so much more than many of us have been led to believe.
i can’t wait to learn as much as i can and then share that knowledge in a way that helps support other women. truthfully, after my loss and navigating my own version of postpartum, i had a lot of “what in the world is going on?” moments. that experience changed me, ha.
i read your story and was so moved by it. i’m so glad you and your baby are doing well. i'm here for you however i can be. x
I am so excited for you!! This is excellent news and you are going to be amazing as nutrition educator throughout the pregnancy journey. I have just ordered Lily Nichols' book, Real Food For Pregnancy. My peers in the holistic nutrition space all highly recommended her work as a guide for nutrition from fertility to postpartum.
this means more than you know. i’m equal parts excited and humbled because i know how much there is to learn, but i’m so ready for it. :) and thank you for the recommendation! i’ve never heard of Lily Nichols’ book adding it to my reading list immediately. :)
i’m excited to share what i learn along the way. x
how exciting! I have women close to me that are in a season of postpartum and one with a baby on the way, i’m a 2x auntie and have still always felt like I didn’t know how to help or step in. Using your love for nutrition and noticing a gap in the industry to see how you could be in service is inspiring.
your comment brought me to tears. i am absolutely over the moon excited. am i nervous? of course. but this feels so deeply fulfilling to me. and i love being an auntie, too! that's part of it. i've always wanted to better support the women i love, but so often it felt like i was doing my best without really knowing what was needed.
i'm just so excited to create a space where these resources, conversations, and experiences can live in a way that feels relatable and accessible. i know i'm only one person and can't close that gap on my own, but i feel incredibly grateful to be working toward something that matters so much to me.
🙌🏾 I think following through on that urging is the bravest thing we can do in this one life 🫶🏽 thank you for sharing this, it was a really uplifting post.
